What if my family don't want me?

We typically don't transport on Sundays, but today, a facility called and needed help. One of the patients discharged, right before we arrived at his address, asked me "where can I go if my family don't want me no more?" break. my. heart ... I gave him a list of some group homes and shelters near his area.
